Testimonials

Oxford Mosaic has received some encouraging feedback from users so far, here are a few examples:

I wanted to put in writing what a pleasure it has been working on building the Grand Union DTP website so far using the Mosaic platform. I am not a technical person but feel confident in using the tool because it is intuitive and has a good balance of flexibility without being entirely boundary-less!

Catherine Whalley,

Not only is Mosaic quick and easy to get started with, it already has the flexibility and features which have helped to improve the quality of our websites in so many areas. With the ongoing development and growth of the platform, we know that our sites will continue to evolve and communicate effectively with our audiences on multiple devices.

Colleagues have been impressed by how quickly the site has come together, and how slick and professional it looks considering the small amount of resource we had to make it. A few colleagues who I have discussed it with in more detail are excited about the prospect of such a user friendly back end and how it should enable them to update their content more quickly and easily, keeping it more fresh and current.

It’s great that the design side of the platform is image led, the Gardens, Libraries and Museums all have very strong images, and I was able to us those to make the site feel like ‘our site’, rather than part of a generic platform.

Jessica Suess,
Oxford University Museums

I just wanted to congratulate you on creating such an amazing system in Mosaic. The University has needed a centralised content management system like this for some time now and this service provides exactly what is required. Not only does it remove the burden and cost of managing local web servers and the inherent issues over maintaining security and technology updates, the Mosaic service is easy to use, content rich, well-designed and intuitive making it effortless to create responsive elegant websites rapidly. This will be of great value to us especially as we have a growing number of smaller research projects who will benefit from this technology at minimal cost.
Many thanks and I look forward to future developments!
