All of our sites are regularly backed up on our hosting service, the Acquia cloud.
These backups capture both database and files, and are recoverable by the Oxford Mosaic team within the retention period. The backup and retention schedule is as follows:
- Hourly backups retained for 4 hours
- Daily backups retained for 1 week
- Weekly backups retained for 1 month
- Monthly backups retained for 3 months
These backups do not provide individual sites or users with the ability to restore to a specific arbitrary point in time, or to retrieve/restore specific pieces of content. For further details, please refer to the archiving and backups FAQ.
